Starting our wrestling careers in a country where the sport was virtually unknown, we trained in isolation, with no local community or competitors to challenge us. Despite these challenges, we rose from underdogs to compete at the highest levels of Greco-Roman wrestling. Our journey required grit, resourcefulness, and a relentless belief in our potential. We are Marcel and Tyrone Sterkenburg, twins who have proven that with the right strategies and mindset, anything is possible.
